These Terms are available in both English and Bengali; however, in the event of any interpretive dispute, the Bengali version shall take precedence.

2 Eligibility & Registration
2.1 Age Requirement
To open an account and use any service on cg777, you must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. This platform is strictly prohibited for minors. We may request proof of identity at any time to verify age.
2.2 One Account Policy
Each individual may operate only one account. If a single person is found operating multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and the balances in them may be forfeited.
2.3 Providing Accurate Information
You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. cg777 reserves the right to cancel an account if false or misleading information is provided. It is your responsibility to update your information immediately if anything changes.

3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account login details — username and password — confidential. cg777 will never ask for your password by phone or email.
3.1 Unauthorized Access
If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately. cg777 will not be liable for any loss resulting from use by a third party.
3.2 Account Sharing Prohibited
Allowing any other person to use your account is strictly prohibited. This includes family members and friends.
cg777 uses SSL encryption technology to keep all your information secure. However, it is your responsibility to take precautions at a personal level.
4 Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
Transactions on cg777 are currently supported through the following payment methods:

4.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal Limits
The minimum deposit amount across all payment methods is ৳200 (two hundred taka). The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka).
4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time
Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. In certain cases, additional verification may cause delays.
4.4 Transaction Verification
cg777 reserves the right to verify any deposit or withdrawal request. Additional identity verification may be required for suspicious transactions. We are committed to complying with anti-money laundering policies.
Withdrawal funds will only be sent to the same payment method used for the deposit. Withdrawals to a different method are generally not accepted.
5 Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit — up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000; depositing ৳32,000 gives the maximum ৳15,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳47,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
A 20x (twenty times) wagering requirement applies to every bonus. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 in wagers must be placed before the bonus can be withdrawn.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- After activating a bonus, the wagering requirement must be met within the specified time period.
- Bonus funds are managed separately from cash funds.
- Certain games or betting markets may not count towards bonus wagering — please see the promotion details.
- cg777 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if bonus abuse is suspected.
- No more than one welcome bonus may be claimed per person, household, device or IP address.
5.4 VIP & Cashback Program
cg777's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. You can advance to higher tiers through regular play. Weekly cashback is available at each tier — up to 0.2% at Bronze, 0.5% at Silver, 0.8% at Gold and 1.0% at Platinum.
6 Betting & Gaming Rules
6.1 Bet Acceptance
All bets are accepted only after they have been successfully registered in the cg777 system. Bets that are not registered due to a technical error will be considered void.
6.2 Event Cancellation & Postponement
If a sports event is cancelled or postponed indefinitely, the outcome of related bets will be determined in accordance with cg777's policy. Generally, if an event has not started, the bet amount is refunded.
6.3 Erroneous Odds
cg777 reserves the right to cancel bets placed at incorrect odds due to an obvious typographical error, or to adjust them to the correct odds.
6.4 Maximum Winnings Limit
A maximum winnings limit may apply to certain games or betting markets over a specified period. This limit is stated in each game's details.
7 Prohibited Activities
Participation in any of the following activities is strictly prohibited:
- Opening or operating multiple accounts
- Placing coordinated bets with the intent to exploit bonus benefits (bonus abuse / collusion)
- Exploiting technical vulnerabilities of the platform
- Engaging in money laundering or illegal financial activities
- Using automated software, bots or AI-driven tracking tools
- Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to another user's account
- Using a false identity or another person's information
- Any action that damages the reputation of the platform
If any of the above prohibited activities are detected, cg777 may immediately close the account, forfeit the balance and, where necessary, take legal action.
8 Account Suspension & Closure
8.1 Action by cg777
cg777 may temporarily or permanently close any account at any time for the following reasons:
- Violation of these Terms
- Failure or refusal to complete identity verification
- Suspicious financial activity
- Order from a court or law enforcement authority
8.2 Closure at User's Request
You may contact the support team at any time to close your account. All outstanding bonus requirements must be met before the account is closed; otherwise, the bonus amount will be cancelled.
8.3 Balance Settlement
If an account is closed due to action by cg777, a decision to return or forfeit the cash balance will be made based on the nature of the breach. Bonus balances will be cancelled in all cases.
9 Limitation of Liability
cg777 is committed to operating a safe and reliable platform. However, our liability is limited with respect to the following:
- Issues caused by internet disconnection or technical errors from third parties
- Unavoidable natural disasters or force majeure events
- Security vulnerabilities on the user's own device
- Personal financial losses from betting or gaming
We make every effort to resolve technical issues quickly. The platform may be temporarily unavailable during maintenance periods, and no compensation will be provided for this.
